We are going away for a short trip just for 3 days. And although we will be staying in a self contained unit.. the thought of cooking every day of the break, just puts me off a touch.
I'm not very keen on take aways, although lunch isn't much of a problem.. however dinner is.
I'm happy to make up some food before we leave... so..
Any suggestions on what i can take up with me for the 3 days?
All suggestions welcome.
Thanks
Anna

hey there,
how about just things you can reheat... lasagne, quiche, frittata, casseroles....

Can you do bbq's? they are always easy with salads....

What about wraps...chicken, ham, grilled vegie, salad....

We often go away for the weekend, and we always grab a few hot chickens, salad, sausages, ham, bacon, eggs, little boxes of cereal, little chip packets and some noodles and baked beans.

We have chicken and salad for dinner the first night, then chickens/salad sandwiches the following day, the 2nd night we have BBQ.

Breakfast is bacon and egg or cereal.

We snack on leftovers!

Sometimes we have chicken and grab some hot chips from the little store where we visit.

You could also make a bacon and egg pie or a quiche and have that with a salad for dinner.
