I was just wondering f anyone was interested in going for a mid morning walks from North Burleigh to Burleigh during the week?

Hey Kat, normally would love to but Burleigh is a little far for me to travel and I have just done an injury to a tendon in my foot!:hair:

I normally power walk every day for an hour and do 7kms! So Im gonna struggle resting it, not to mention put on some pounds, especially over xmas!

Sorry to hear about your tendon ouch:( I hope you recover quickly :hugs:

Where do you normally walk I would be happy too meet you maybe once a week and by the sounds of it the rate you walk I would loose some of these extra pounds too ( I have lost another 5kg but I have 20 to go :eek:)

yeah its a shame the GC is so spread out ay, takes ages to get from one end of the coast to the other

DS has a new big bike for Xmas and im due to have bubs in a few days, so ill be walking down there pretty much every day...
