Hello,

if there are any working mum's out there in Canberra who are interested in on catching up and having a cocktail or two, please let me know. As it would be great to network and share experinces between work and family life. etc I also encourage SAHM too if they are interested, as I reckon the SAHM was the hardest thing I have ever done and I went back to work to have a rest!!! lol

I hated even titling it working mum, so whether your young,SAHM,working, older mum it truly doesnt matter, I just looking for anyone interested in having time out!!!

lots of fun

Hello Oceanrose,

I will soon be a working Mum, I was supposed to return to work last Monday but due to a death in the family and my daughter being struck down with the Roter virus :barf: and having to be hospitalised it has not happened.

When I am back to normal I would love to go out for a cocktail. Which side of town are you on? I am northside. Trinity bar in Dickson is a nice place for cocktails.

Isabelle is doing heaps better, she was really sick for a while but is on the mend. It is such an awful feeling when your little one is sick. I am hoping she will be back to 100% in the next few days. She has started eating little amounts of solids again and is slowly getting back to better sleeps too.

Good to know I 'm not the only working mum, who wants some time out!!!! anyway I never seem to be on when everyone else is, so we can plan something. look even if we all meet for afternoon tea first and then plan a night out. I was most impressed with the Hyatt afternoon tea $25.00pp glass of champayne and wonderful afternoon assortments and great coffees, and its divine and you feel spoiled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

cheers Jas:yelclap:
