Need a girl's name FAST

Ok girl's I need your help on this one. My daughter is due in 9 days and I have no idea what to name her. I want something unusual but not too weird. It definitely cannot start with a T either. Next problem is it has to go with my DP's last name - (edit) which starts with the letter G . He wants her to have my middle name, Maree... not really sure that it will suit though. He likes Hollie and Hayley but I have had my heart set on Natalia since i was 8 weeks along.

I myself personally really like Hollie Maree.
And it's not too common, but if you really want Natalia maybe you should state your case and go for it, 5 minutes after giving birth, I've heard partners can be very obliging then!!

Yeah I agreed with him on Hollie Maree but it's a bit of a mouthful with his last name. She would be Hollie Maree Gee.

I dont mean to be rude but i think that *first name* Maree G does not sound the best coz its like ee ee do u know what i mean?:o

But i was thinking perhaps u could take the idea from the name Maree and come up with a unique form of it or something?? You could keep the "Mar" part of the name and end up with something like Marissa, Marley Marian, Mariah, Marriot and Marilyn (if ur a fan of monroe?) You could even choose one of the above as a first name?? E.g. Marissa Anne. You could then tell her that Mar came from your middle name Maree... Maybe she'll want to carry the same tradition with her children too:)

I like Hallie (Like Halle Berry) i think its a gorgeous name.. and its a mix of holly and hayley.

Ok. I can't name her Emily because my nephew's half sister is Emily Maree. I'm trying to talk him out of Maree, even though it's my middle name I agree it doesn't go well. I like Natalia Hollie or even Hollie Charlotte but it's so confusing with all the names and people you can put to them that you don't like. He even asked if we could name her after one of his ex's!:mad:

This name thing is so hard :yes: It wasn't going to be a problem really as he said I could name her if she was a girl. Thought he was going to get a son:laughing: Anyway I liked Natalia Rose and he was fine with it til we found out that I was having a girl then the drama started. He thinks she will get called Nutella at school, but nothing could be worse then some nicknames I got and still get now:banghead:

OMG my partner mentioned 3 names of girls i know his hooked up with before!!! Me being the usual me, hit the roof and didnt talk to him for days. Lets just say he'll never do that again. :shame:

HOLLIE CHARLOTTE sounds beautiful! Very pretty and girlie, and I think that Hollie (especially spelt that way) is quite unique!

If you want something a bit unusual, why dont you visit the Births, Deaths and Marriages website and they have the top 100 names for each year. Then you can see whether the name you have picked is common or not??

Personally, I'd worry more about the first and last names rhyming rather than the middle name. Lets face it - how often do people use your middle name?

Unless, of course you are going to hyphenate it.

Hahaha i have always done that. First it started with my baby dolls then my barbies. My mum said i was obsessed with names:laughing:

I also used to have my "barbie" family with ken and all the kids and allllll their names would start with the same letter lol, i swear it must have been so amusing to watch me as a child... i was so weird:laughing:

I remember my favourites once were Aphrodite (Afro-dy-tee) lol i used to like zena warrior princess and aphrodite was one of the characters lol:o
