This saturday I am having an undercover wear party at 10.30am.
Just curious as what I can serve.
So far I have:
jelly cheesecake slice
apple tea cake
And thats it served maybe with biscuits, tea, coffee, milo, juice, water and soft drink.
What do you think?

Sounds good! Maybe also some sort of bun sliced up with butter on it - just because it goes a long way. Mmmmmmmmm sounds pretty good to me. :D

I was thinking of doing cupcakes for the kids. But might make some sandwhiches aswell. Thanks for that. :)

if you want something savoury, mini quiches are easy to make as well, plus you could do a few different variations on the fillings

:iagree:they are always a winner with both kids and adults.
I do mushroom & leek, tomato & cheese or just cheese for the kids.

I was going to suggest something savoury too...mini quiches are a big winner or even just some dip and biccies goes down well...not everyone is a sweet eater....
Scones.
Dead easy to make (10 mins max) and everyone loves them
4 cups SR flour
1 300ml cream (cold)
1x can lemonade/lemon squash (use only 300ml, drink the rest) (cold)
Preheat oven to 220c
Mix together with a knife until combined.
Turn out onto floured bench and pat into thick round.
use glass or cutter to make scones
place on pizza tray with baking paper so they 'kiss'
Cook for 15 mins until lightly brown.
Serve with whipped cream and jam
