My DS is 3 and so fussy when it comes to his dinner....He only likes to eat finger foods, like chicken nuggets, fish fingers, sausage rolls. He wont eat any veggies and I'm tired of spending a small fortune on his little food....
So does anyone have good finger food recipes and ones with grated veggies???? Any finger recipes would be great as I really need to start getting creative in the kitchen..
Cheers:D

I don't know the recipe specifically, but my MIL does potato snails.
She makes some mashed potato and puts some herbs to taste (garlic, chives etc).
She spreads this mix out on a piece of puff pastry, rolls it up then cuts it into 1cm 'snails'. A few minutes in the oven and they are done.
Might be a sneaky way to get some veges into him.
Have you tried chicken wings form Leonards, they are finger food, but not too expensive.
You could also try making your own sausage rolls. 1 tube (500g I think) Sausage mince, 1 carrot grated, garlic, herbs, S&P, 1 egg to hold it together. Cut puff pastry sheet in half and form a sausage along the middle. Roll the pastry and join with egg. Cut into appropriate sizes and cook until golden. These can be frozen once cooked.
Little quiches are also a hit in our house. I just make them in patty tins and use a biscuit cutter to cut the pastry to the right size.

Home made sausage rolls rock! We always put grated carrot and Zuchinni in the sausage meat (keeps it moist and gets some veggies in!)
Vegi fritters are brilliant too!
Vegi kebabs on the BBQ or under the grill!
Fruit kebabs rock too!!!!!

you can make veggie nuggets. (I used to give them to a child I looked after who loved chicken nuggets and nothing else, he couldn't tell the difference!)
mashed potato (mixed with mashed anything else) mix in any grated veg you like too. Mix in an egg and a little flour to make it a stiff mixture. Refrigerate until cold and make into little 'nugget' shapes, dip in egg and breadcrumbs and bake until browned.
easy as.. you can make a huge batch and freeze them too :)
My DD loves vege fritters.
I make them with grated veg, an egg, besan flour, and cottage cheese.
Then drop tablespoons in a lightly oiled non stick pan, med heat.
I make up a large batch as they are really good to freeze too.
