Bub takes nappy off

I am scared. Really scared. I have seen posts on here about babies taking their nappies off and painting with their poo.

My 8 month old can take her nappy off:eek:. So far I have been lucky that there have been no poo smearing incidents.

I guess she will be living in bodysuits until she works out how to undo thoese.:laughing:

I've heard about the "nappy on backwards trick". Has anyone got any other tips?

Duct tape.


Seriously it was the only thing that would work and even then he would occasionally get it off. Jumpsuits? Well he used to just undo it through the jumpsuit!

lol, you dont want to hear my stories. you would throw up. DS was really bad for it. but we just started putting undies over his nappies and that solved the problem. but having a girl, you can just get bloomers to put over her nappies. because depending on the size of your DD undies might not fit yet, even over the nappies.

I put training pants on over DD2s nappy when she's in a dress. It's the only way I can keep her nappy on.

Some kids find a way to get their nappy off without taking off the outer layer of clothes. DS was a shocker for it. Before I got into MCN we used pilchers. Quite often we'd go into his room to find him in just the pilchers & poo smeared everywhere. He eventually grew out of it
