Baby pimples?

Hi, my 5 month old son has what looks like pimples on his chin. Has anyone had experience with this? I've just been keeping the area clean and dry. Anything else I should be doing? Thanks.

Hi there, yep they are perfectly normal and will pas in thier own time, what ever you do don't pop them or pick at them, they can get infected.
All 3 of my children have had them, mostly on thier cheeks.
I always mosturise thier skin after a bath, and i continued to do that, i think just leave them alone and they will go in thier own time.

hi my little boy also has pimples. they are on his cheeks. he has had them for about 6 weeks. he got his first 4 teeth last week. yes he got them all in 2 nights. anyway his pimples don't seem to be as bad. i think it is all to do with teething :)

Its all perfectly normal. My 12wko daughter still gets pimples here and there. I was also told to leave them alone. They don't cause her any problems.
