Hi, never been here before, have loved the site so far, you are all such great support for each other. :yelclap:

I know there are lots of us out there searching for Donors, each has their own story, all are heart breaking. Here's ours. We met and married in our mid 30s and it took many more years to conceive our one little princess . We have been trying for a second ever since she was born with one miscarriage and several failed IVF cycles behind us, we have now been told that an Egg Donor is our last best chance to complete our family - our approved advert is:-
If you have finished your family and are under 36 years of age and would consider being our Donor Please respond to this forum or write to us Mr & Mrs B at PO Box 2063, Mornington VIC 3931. All medical and travel expenses will be reimbursed. This Advertisement has been approved by the Victorian Minister for Heath, as required by s.40 of the Human Tissue ACT 1982 (VIC).

Welcome to the forum. Wishing you all the best in your search for a donor:angel:. There are many beautiful women on this site and I am sure that your angel is one of them.

Welcome:wave: and Good Luck on your quest to find the perfect donor. I'm still a few years away from completing my family but hope to help someone like you one day.
Enjoy yourself in the hub but be careful, it becomes addictive .

thank you both for your comments, I really do appreciate that people understand the 'journey', the emotion and the desperation too, children are everything, they are the future and I have hope for the World when I look at all the bright wonderful little people we have met through having our daughter.

IVF is a rollercoaster of emotions, the belief it can work and will work next time, and then it doesn't, each time is truly devastating.

Hi Buffycat
I've moved your thread to our special section for those seeking an egg donor, as potential egg donors will find you more easily in here.

I wish you all the very best on your journey.

Cheers

I see that you've found it :D

Don't worry, everyone else will too. In it's original spot, there's a redirect that directly links to it's new location in here (The "Egg Donor Needed" subsection). It appears just like every other thread in the ED Needed Section - so you are covered both ways :)

Cheers

thanks for that. Spoke to our Maternal Health Nurse office this morning to ask permission to display the Egg Donor advert on their public Board (usually has prams and cots for sale displayed) and she really upset me. She flat out said No in a tone of disgust! I said I have the health minister's approval and the IVF team recommended such places for adverts, she treated me like I was asking for something that was wrong, I got really upset, why would anyone behave like that?
