Hi all,

I'm new to this just signed up yesterday!

I was looking for ideas on how to bring on labour and the search engine brought me here.. read some good ideas on how to bring on a labour.. I am tried but the best advice was to relax and that's what i'm doing.. good tips and birthing positions too..

Anyways hi. :)

Hi aliciamaree!
Hope your birth goes well and you have a beautiful healthy baby. Sex can bring on labour or you could walk around, that might help. I have heard some people take raspberry leaf to bring on labour or prepare the uterus for contractions, but don't take my word for it just in case it is dangerous. I would definitely advise you to ask your pharmacist or doctor.
