Marshmallow slice????

Hi girls,

Just wondering if any of you know of a recipe for Marshmallow slice??? My grandma used to make one with a weet bix base and OMG it was just devine and sadly the recipe went with her!!!

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated I have been craving it for years now and thought one of you out there might have an idea of how to do it

I made this slice this afternoon! It is absolutely delicious!

When I was beating the marshmallow bit it didn't go nice and thick and I was worried I stuffed it up but when I put it in the fridge it set properly :yes:

THe marshmallow is extremely sweet though, would anyone know how to make the marshmallow a bit less sweet?

Just made it and it's setting in the fridge can't wait to have some!!! My girls are licking the beaters as I sit here and type :D
