I dont know about positions or diet but the general rule is if you want a girl have sex up until 3-4 days prior to ovulation if you want a boy have sex only on the day of ovulation. Also boy swimmers survive better in alkaline environments so using preseed would probably help.

I know I found some free pages when I was looking into it... I was thinking of trying to increase my odds for a girl and I know dh and I both had to cut out caffiene and have more potassium and calcium.. I also read the timing info and have had this work for people I know. I can't remember anything else though...

If I have time to get back online when ds is asleep tonight I'll check if I saved those pages anywhere.:yes:

I know nothing is a guarantee but there's no harm in trying!

Does anyone know the things you need to do to conceive a boy or girl. I have looked on the net and could only find the pages that you have to pay for...

I looked on bubhub as well as I'm sure this has come up before but couldn't find anything there either...hmmm

Heh, after 2 boys, my hubby & I r trying for a girl. For girls u should have lots of foods that contain calcium & magnesium. I'm taking tablets. Also cranberry tablets (I'm actually just eating dried cranberries) Also cut down on caffeine. BD 3-4 b4 ovulate and don't orgasm!! Arrgh!!! Also should be positions with shallow penetration eg. missionary/spooning. I can't tell u as much about conceiving boys, tho BD day u ovulate, have foods which contain potassium & BD in positions with deep penetration.

hi , when dh & I were ttc ds1 and ds2 we had sex on the day I ovulated , we wanted boys so we timed when we bd'd . Hope that helps :)
