Hi :wave: I'm Leeny, mum to one tremendously active but gorgeous daughter Gwen.
Are you married, partnered or single?
I've been married to my Canadian game addict husband who plays too much WOW and other games for about 4 1/2 year now:valentine:
What sort of birth did you have?
A natural but horrendous VB after being induced with PE.
Preferred parenting style?
I can't say that I have a parenting style. I role with the punches, and take every day as it comes. I never used MCN's when Gwen was a baby, but I didn't know they existed, so if I had another, I'd definitely give it a go. I didn't breastfeed, it was never for me, but I'm certainly glad dh could do some of those dreaded night feeds! I have been known to smack when Gwen gets absolutely out of control, but it's not something I do often, and I certainly feel guilty when I do it. I co-slept with Gwen really up until a couple of months ago, when I finally caved and bought a baby monitor!
Do you have brothers and sisters?
I have one brother who I always clashed with terribly growing up.. As we've both gotten older, we get along a lot better. I one day hope for him to leave his computer games, go have a shower, and meet a girl so I can be an aunty! Does wishful thinking work??
Are they older or younger than you?
He's about 2 and a half years older then me.
Have you ever met a famous person?
Hmm.. I've met a couple of polititions when I was younger, certainly nothing to write home about!
What countries have you visited?
I've never left Australia.. One day we hope to take Gwen to Canada to see where her dad grew up, and so I can finally meet my father in-law, but there's really so many beautiful places in Australia that I'd like to see before I go to far.
What do you do on Sundays?
Sundays usually a lazy day, although dh and I decided today that we would make an effort to make Sunday a family day, where we do something, just him, Gwen, and I.
What kind of people do you not like?
I don't dislike many people, but I must say, I do not like people who get thier kicks from putting others down, making others feel small, or causing pointless arguements and fights. Lifes too short!
Who has had the most influence in your life? I think I'd have to say my Grandma. She was a very strong woman, who was one of the most important people in my life. She was always there for me when I needed her, and I could always ask her anything.
Would you like to be famous?
No way! I love sitting around in my pyjamas with messy hair way too much for that! I'd be in all the "Look what they look like with no make-up!" and worst dressed articles! I certainly would like the money and benefits though :)
How many different towns or cities have you lived in?
Thats a bit of a hard one to count. My dad was in the army so we moved alot. The ones I can remember, 5. There was quite a few before that.
Which do you prefer, sunrises or sunsets? I'm definitely not a morning person, so if I'm ever up in time for a sunrise, its under protest! I adore the bright pink and orange winter sunsets :)
What was the last book you read?
Err.. Umm.. geez.. A Book?? :o .. Do e-books count?? I think it was Rose Madder by Stephen King.. I didn't finish it. I did however finish The Long Walk by Stephen King before that.. It was a short story!
What's your favorite food?
Now that's a hard one! Can I pick more then one?? Icey cold plain milk, creamy lasagne, snap and crackle bars, and snow cones!
Do you live in a house or an apartment/flat or other?

Horse riding, motorbike riding, photography, and I'd love to get into scrapbooking one day.

I'd like to think that I'm a pretty good photographer!

Errr, I never really was the sporty type.. I did like playing soccer in school though! I like watching gymnastics, diving, and cross country equstraian.
Are you a 'morning' or 'night' person? Definitely a night person.. I'm rarely asleep before 3am! I despise having to get out of bed!
