Is bub fussing at all? If not i'd not worry :hugs: . Your supply regulates & will produce what you need without the full feeling. If your worried call the ABA or see a LC :hugs:

Hey, I don't know if you feed through the night or not, but I know that this boosts my supply. When I feel like there is not as much as usual, if the dude wakes up at night I just feed him back to sleep. It's probably not the greatest idea in the world though, because the night waking can become a habit.
After a few nights though, I have heaps of milk again.
Good luck.

I have just recently gone through this too! It started when I went in to get Hamish weighed and he had only gained 25gms in a month. I got so concerned about it and worried myself sick over it. In fact I used BUBHUB as a resource and the things suggested were:
Feed a whole lot more and more often-I took Hamish into bed at night for about a week so he would feed more.
Double check the attachment-I found that Hamish wasn't latching on as well as he had been even though he had a voracious sucking reflex.
Take Fenugreek supplement-this is brilliant. It comes as a vitamin and I got it at my health food store. (about $12)
Drink tons more water. No excuses-I have to make sure I take a water bottle everywhere!
Rest as much as possible-let the messes go, put up your feet and take it easy.
I am now back to leaking milk and soaking a breast pad whilst he is feeding. I had successfully fed two babies before Hamish and never imagined I would have a supply problem. I had been like jersey cow in the past, so I was quite upset but we are now back on track and I am just making sure to keep up the things i need to do to ensure a good supply.
:D Good luck, Pm me if you want to talk.

On another forum that I visit, I had posted with a similar problem to yourself and someone suggested a recipe for cookies that contain brewer's yeast (which supposedly increases your supply loads). I haven't tried them yet, and am planning to make some tomorrow, but here's the recipe if you'd like to try.
:chef: choc chip cookies
* 1 cup butter or marg
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 cup brown sugar
* 4 tablespoons water
* 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal*
* 2 large eggs
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
* 2 cups flour
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 3 cups oats, thick cut if you can get them
* 1 cup or more chocolate chips
* 2 tablespoons of brewers yeast* (be generous)
Preheat oven at 180 degrees C. Mix together 2 tablespoons of flaxseed meal and water, set aside for 3-5 minutes. Cream (beat well) margarine and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mix well. Stir flaxseed mixture and add with vanilla to the margarine mix. Beat until blended. Sift together dry ingredients, except oats and chips. Add to margarine mixture. Stir in oats then chips. Scoop or drop onto baking sheet, preferably lined with parchment or silpat. The dough is a little crumbly, so it helps to use a scoop.
Bake 8-12 minutes, depending on size of cookies.
Serves: 6 dozen cookies
Preparation time: 15 minutes
*can be found at any local health food store. Don't substitute brewer's yeast for anything else... that's what makes 'em work!
Hi there,
That happened to me a few weeks ago. I felt the same thing, but DS was still seeming to be getting plenty and was happy.
Goosie responded to my post and said it's quite normal for this to happen around this time and that milk supply stabilises at the 4mth mark.
I've still got enough milk for DS and I haven't felt choccas full for about 2-3 weeks now.
Don't stress. Stress is the worst thing for milk supply anyway :)

Exactly as stated above your milk will regulate. Just because you bb's don't feel engorged etc does not mean that their is not enough milk. Just drink lot's of water and eat healthy and you should be fine!;)
Fenugreek can help boost the supply if needed though. You can get that as a tea or as tablets!

Oh also wanted to add that once solids is introduced your supply will go down as bub will not be taking as much milk!;)
