I just bought these two books yesterday and think they are great but i would like to know who else has these books and what recipes they recommend? :chef:

Jatz chicken from the 2nd book I think, DH's favourite!

I only have #1 so far, but i have tried a few recipes from it (i actually cooked one last night :D) this is what ive tried:

Caesar's fish - it was ok, but im not a huge seafood fan, i would LOVE to try this with Chicken
Zingy Chicken: YUM tastes like KFC Crispy Strips (but without all that grease!!)
Apricot & Mustard Pork Chops: Also very Yum!!!
Fluffy Pudding: Was different DP and DS didnt like it, i thought it was "ok" but wont make it again

So thats all ive tried so far... cant wait to try more!!

I have both books, i've made the baked jatz chicken #2 it was alright and the honey mustard chicken breasts #1 were really good , also made creamy pesto chicken gnocchi #2 which was the best dd absolutely loved it and asks for it all the time :laughing:

we made the garlic king prawns they were ok but i think that the sauce could have been a bit thicker...:chef:
