Hey ladies, I made this cake yesterday and it's surprisingly nice. I used veg oil instead of canola though.
It's still nice today and even after being in the fridge overnight, it hasn't dried out! It's still heaps moist.
Anyway I thought i'd share in case any of you have ripe bananas lying around you wanna use.

stumbled across this when looking for a nice birthday cake for my son's first birthdayhappybirthday.. looks nice,, think i may give it a practice run first though, see how it goes. maybe try half oil half butter?? i always like how that turns out in my breads.

Yum, I'm so trying this recipe.
I wanted this last night, but instead I was lazy and melted some dark chocolate and just dipped the bananas in the chocolate and froze them.. oh man they were so good.:D

Rofl that's pretty lazy ;) Sounds yummy though.
I probably wouldn't have been bothered waiting for them to freeze. :D

WOOHOO! Score! ;)
I think I might make this again soon because it was really moist.
Man, moist is such a filthy sounding word.
