Hi does anyone know of any good relationship counselling services in Brisbane? I had a look in the bubhub directory & couldn't really find what I was after it seemed more like parenting counselling. Any help or advice would be appreciated as I would really like to try & convince my partner to go to something like this. Any idea on costs would also be appreciated. Cheers!

You can try Relationships Australia - their cost depends on your income, its a sliding scale.

OR try Lifeline, for some low cost counselling.

You can also try the professional associations such as
APS (Aust Psych Society) or AASW (Aust Assoc of Social Workers) or ACA (Aust Counselling Assoc) as they can let you know who is in your area (male/female), their qualifications/experience and the cost.

Also getting recommendations from people you know is another good way to find someone. PM me if you want more info, as I don't think I can give names/details on the public forum.

Good luck!

I recommend relationships australia. It can be a bit of a wait to get an appointment the first time around, but I found them more useful than another coucilling service. PM me if you'd like any details or have any questions.
