Hi everyone,
I'm looking for advise on how to get my darling daughter sleep on the go.
Ella Rose is 10 weeks this saturday. She naps from 8-9am and 1-4pm and sleep from 7:30pm-7am so I'm very happy with her sleeping pattern.
She sleeps sometimes in her pram when it's moving she also sleeps well in baby carriers but how do you get them to sleep when the pram is not moving....or at your parents place. I want to start going out more and each time I spend my time speaking to people with bub on the breast...She loves it but it is not working for me anymore.
Thanks for the advise ladies
M.

Have you considered a sling or a baby carrying device?

I found my kids slept well in these.

Hi thanks for your reply.
Yes , I have a hugabub and a babybjorn, she sleeps in both but my issue is with the pram, she doesn't really like it, I think there is something to do with the position as she doesn't really like the car seat too.

My DS has almost never slept in his pram or car seat. Usually he screams in the car seat and I've gotten minimal use out of our pram - maybe once a week now that he's so big, at 7 months I need to invest in an Ergo, he's just too heavy for me to carry on a hip!

My DD never liked the pram  And she would scream in the car until she was 6 months old.
A few of the mums in my mother's group had those babies that would sleep well in the pram. How I envied them!!

I've heard that some babies don't like being seated backwards in cars or prams.... some babies are only happy if they are facing forwards.Certainly my 10 week old likes to be facing forwards....

My pram did face forwards and DD still hated it!
With the car seat, nothing you can really do as all car seats face backwards for safety reasons.
