I thought we could post what is your most popular / common meal in your house that is loved. Then post the reciepe for it. This should be a great way of getting a collection of delicious meal:idea:. If you want to you could do main and dessert

Easy Meal is

Tuna Casserole..

Large tin of Tuna
Tin of creamy asparagus soup
packet of spiral pasta
Shredded cheese

Cook the pasta, place in an oven dish, stir through asparagus soup and tuna, top with plenty of cheese... heat in oven for 15 mins til cheese is melted!!

Easy... we have this once a week.

1kg of boneless, skinless chicken thighs in a baking dish with a little olive oil, toss with two cans chopped tomatoes, couple of chopped up rashers of bacon, a chunky cut chopped onion, two large-ish red sweet potatoes, sprinkle with some Italian herbs, and some salt & pepper to taste. Bung in a low-moderate oven for 2+ hours. Mix it up again about halfway through (1+hrs in). I've cooked it for as long as 4 hours, as short as 2 - the longer you cook it the better it is, it goes all mushy, the chicken falls apart in your mouth... mmmm. I've done it with regular potatoes as well, but sweet potatoes (or pumpkin) work best.
