Hello from another new Pom in Perth

Hello everyone

I have moved here 6 weeks ago from London where I was addicted to another parenting forum and I feel the need to get on to one in the right timezone, I know what a lifeline they can be.

I am married to a Perth bloke so my two boys are half Australian. They are three and half and one year old. We lived in London for 10 years and in our opinoin when you have kids there is no contest between the two cities so here we are and we're loving it.

So...... just wanted to make contact and say hello. Oh and if anyone has any tips on how to cheer up a little boy who is missing his friends back home they would be gratefully recieved.

Hello! I am also from UK (Midlands) and moved to Perth in 1996 so have become quite at home now! I recently had my first baby girl 20 weeks ago so am new to parenthood and am loving it so far. My partner is also Australian, he's from Syd. Perth is a great place to raise kids with all the lovely beaches etc...Although excitement and shopping wise it's a bit of a flop but hey, ya can't have it all :p
