Ngala Family Resource Centre - ANGELS!

Hi all,

I just wanted to say that Ngala family resource centre in Perth is a centre of angels who have once again helped sort out DD's sleeping issues. :smiliedance:

They helped at 3 months and now again at 15 months. Their advice and knowledge sharing has been invaluable.

Has anyone else from Perth been to Ngala and experienced the same??

i spoke to them over the phone but never made it in there

i just found them very rude and unhelpful :thumbsdown:

im still putting up with ds not sleeping but i guess thats my choice

My sister-in-law rang Ngala last week. She ended up giving the woman more advice than she was giving out. In other words she was useless and terribly unsupportive. They ended up ringing Riverton here in Brisbane.:thumbsdown:

Hey lil monkey...I havent called them but was very close to the other day after my ds woke every hour and half during the night....
Did you call them first and talk....Whats the deal....How do I go about it, should I just give them a call?

i called them many times when my now 17mth old was small, i found their advice quite helpful...i also went and did a day stay there when he was about 14wks old, unfortunately the dya i went was the turning point and he slept for 2hrs x 3 times, when i had been lucky to get 45min naps out of him up till that point..he must have known he was going....
