Hi there
I'm after an Italian recipe, for a rice slice that my MIL actually makes. She makes it from memory with a bit of this and that, so it's hard to get the recipe down on paper with exact quantities.
But I'm wondering if anyone has it in writing they can reply ? It's just a simple rice slice, it has a lovely lemo taste, and has a layer of pastry on the top and bottm - very simple, but very yummy !
It's traditionally made at Easter I think, but I want it all the time !!
