Christmas Decorations

Hello,
Thinking of buying some christmas decorations, but wen I usually go to the shops they never have any.
Is there any online stores that sell cheapish decorations?
Also, when do you put them up?

Have you thought of making them?
You can get cheap foam balls from Spotlight and scraps of sparkly coloured fabric, foil or paint. For fabric, just push shapes of the fabric into the foam with a nail file or fork until it is covered then make a loop of ribbon and secure to top and you have a homemade decoration. Your DS would be able to help and would make them extra-special keepsakes.....
We traditionally put our tree up 12 days before Christmas.

I am mostly after the ceiling decorations.
