;) Hi everyone,
I'm a 30 yr old Mum of one 10 yr old son who is currently driving me nuts and i'm sure he's loving seeing me so mad at him all the time.... i'm also 32 weeks pregnant and anticipating early birth if this continues :p He is a good kid most of the time but just playing up at school and expecting me not to be disappointed....i am a strict mum and believe in kids having to earn things...as in rewards for good behaviour and punishment for bad. I don't smack him anymore i just take things away from him or prevent him from doing fun things...it was working for a while but i think he just doesn't care anymore and is happy with a boring life lol....he smile and grins at me when i'm turning red in the face but i get no satisfaction from letting things slip and saying nothing....it makes me more angry. If anyone has any advice plz don't hesitate.....i'll try anything! ;) Thanks

Hi there how are you? I know how hard it can be, my oldest son used to be very naughty and maybe your oldest son is jealous of the new baby? Not an easy position to be in.... or this could be a prelude to the teen years. My son is sometimes lazy but he is quite good now, and you have to set limits so don't feel bad about being strict and trying to make him motivated. Sport is probably a good idea for him, otherwise I don't have any advice but I sympathise with you and I'm thinking of you. Hope you are okay.
Love Fiona :o

Hi pussycat

I am 29 with an 11yr old son, also 3 girls aged 9, 7 & 10.5mths.

Sounds like your doing about the same as me, my DS can be a real pain at times too!

So i have him playing a bit of sport, it seems to keep him occupied, and he's to busy talking about footy to think about bugging me!
