One of my friends mum used to make this, it was like a berry jelly stuff topped with a creamy jelly stuff on a biscuit base. It was awesome, does anyone have the recipe?

I dont know?! It used to be about a 2 inch high cake

Mmmm i think i know what you are talking bout, but dont know the recipe off hand, it someting like biscuit base, philly cheese middle ( like cheescake) and the jelly top is made making jelly with 1/2 the normal amount of water.....
I did have a recipe somewhere but will have to hunt for it!

mmmmmmmmmm jelly slice

1 packet Marie biscuits,185g melted butter, crush together and layer bottom of tin.

2nd layer - 1 can condensed milk, juice of 2 lemons, 2tsp gelatine dissolved in 3/4 cup boiling water, refrigerate until set.

3rd layer - 1 pkt jelly crystals with boiling water, when cool pour ontol other mixture and back into the frige to set.
