hi i'm looking at some recipes for slices such as mars bar slice
caramel slice
rice bubble slice and if anyone knows how to make these that would be great thanks in advance:D

I found one yesterday that I loved so much I typed it up by hand (couldn't copy and paste for some reason). Its called caramel oat slice. :)
If you'd like the recipe for that just let me know.

mars bar slice
4 mars bars
block of cooking chocolate
3cups rice bubbles
melt mars bars slowly in a bowl over a boiling pot of water, once melted add rice bubbles stir through, press into a slice tray
melt chocolate and pour over top, put in fridge to set :)
got that one from Bhub somewhere ages ago! thanks to whoever's recipe it was!! :D

I've got a sweet, sweet one (hope you're not being healthy) that is delicious
Double Chocolate Fantasy Bars (Makes 32 bars)
• 1/3 cup better, melted
• 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
• 395g can sweetened condensed milk
• 340g M&M’s semi-sweet chocolate baking bits
• 1 cup shredded coconut
• 1 cup chopped walnuts/pecans Preheat oven to 175 C
1. Combine butter and cookie crumbs well
2. Press mixture into the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking dish
3. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crumbs
4. Combine the chocolate, coconut and nuts
5. Sprinkle mixture evenly over condensed milk and press in lightly
6. Bake 25-30 mins or until set
7. Cool completely before cutting and store in a tightly covered container

choc caramel slice
base
1cup plain flour, sifted
half cup brown sugar
half cup desicated coconut
125g butter, melted
filling
400g can sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp golden syrup
60g butter, melted
topping
60g copha, chopped
125g cooking chocolate, chopped
method
preheat oven 180
line a lamington pan
combine all base ingredients in bowl, mix well, press into pan. bake for 15-20 mins or til light golden colour, remove & cool.
make filling: combine all ingredients in saucepan over medium heat, cook, whisking for 8 mins or til golden. pour over cooked based, bake for 12 mins or til firm. cool, put in fridge for 3-4 hours or til set.
make topping: place copha, and chocolate into a heat proof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. stir til melted, pour over caramel, refrigdgerate til set, cut into squares to serve! :)

You've caught me with Dad's biscuit and slice book. Some yummo ones in there.
Caramel Coconut slice
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 cup SR flour
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup castor sugar
100g melted butter
CARAMEL FILLING
400g can condensed milk
2 tablespoons golden syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar
60g melted butter
COCONUT TOPPING
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 cup castor sugar
2 cups coconut
Grease 25x30cm pan. Sift flour into a bowl, stir in coconut, sugar and butter, press evenly over the base of pan. bake in moderate oven for about 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.
Spread filling evenly over the base, sprinkle with topping. Bake in maderate oven for about 25 minutes or until topping is lightly browned. Cool in pan.
CARAMEL FILLING: Combine all ingredients in bowl. Mix well.
COCONUT TOPPING: Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.

200g melted chocolate
1 cup rice bubbles
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 sultanas (or other dried fruit)
mix together and then spread thinly onto a baking tray covered with baking paper and pop in the fridge.

Heres one for Hedgehog slice (i made some today soooooooo yummy :D)
125g butter
1 tbs cocoa
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 packet Marie biscuits, crushed
1 tbs sweetened condensed milk (altho i tend to use a bit more ;))
Melt butter, add the cocoa and mix, add the sugar and mix until dissolved, mix in egg and add condensed milk and crushed biscuits and stir well. Press into a greased tin and place in fridge till cool.
I then ice it with choc icing and put hundreds and thousands on top.
