wholemeal cake or muffin recipes

I'm wanting to make some muffins and cakes that both DS and I can eat. Being pre-diabetic I'd prefer to stick to something reasonabley healthy and i only buy wholemeal flour so would prefer not to have to buy white flour. If any one has some yummy sweet or savoury muffins recipes or some cake recipes I"d be very greatful.
