this may have been discussed before, but today i discovered White Magic cleaning sponge and , i have to say, its pretty awesome. i bought it at Mitre 10 for five bucks and it cleans without detergent. i put it to the test in the shower, our shower recess is big with big sheets of glass that get all scummy. i just wiped over them , lightly, with this sponge and viola!!! all clean. soap scum all gone, same with wall tiles and floor tiles. no detergent, no elbow grease, just lightly wiping.
for the first time in my life i actually enjoyed cleaning the recess, and it was so quick . the sponge is made of super fine fibres, 10000 times finer than human hair...blah blah blah........so i'm off to buy a multi pack. has anyone else used it.

Wow! Haven't used it or even heard about it, but shall be keeping an eye out for it now! Our upstairs shower is deeeeee-sgusting so anything that could help would be a bonus... Thanks for the tip :thumbsup:

honestly, it really was amazing. i've heard of micro cleaning clothes before, but have not seen them, but i might keep an eye out for anything that reduces my cleaning time.
one thing it didn't get was some stubborn mould in the grout near the floor. i think i need shower power for that.

Can you please tell me the exact name of the sponge?
I would love to give it a try. My shower sounds like yours, big glass sheets light coloured tiles etc... :rolleyes: pain in the but to clean but that would make it soooooo much easier!

Will be popping one of these into the trolley this week when I do the groceries! I shop at IGA and they are stocked at the one I visit!

I discovered these magic items a few months ago. They remove EVERYTHING. I have gotten nikko off toys, and walls and cleaned the shower with them as well.

I know from woolies you can get ones just for the walls, the bathroom and then theres another type. I can't remember them. I tell everyone about them. They are amazing.
