Hi

I have finally got my dh interested in cloth, I won a bubblebubs all in one nappy and he likes it. Well i have just washed it so haven't used but so far so good.

I am interested in all in ones but wanted to know which ones are the best.

I have been to a baby beehind party and liked thier aio's also saw a nappy demonstration and they had bumgenius aio but i thought it was a one size but I think I have that wrong.

The cost of buying nappies in each size puts me off a tad but I would like to do it.

My ds is 3 months s what would you recommend

Thanks

AIOs are great for convenience but don't have the absorbancy of other nappies so you need to change them more often (and therefore, buy more!)

of all the AIOs i've tried, i like itti bitti d'lish the best.

itti bittis :)

but if you want a really absorbant AIO, then you cant go past wild child daydreamer AIO. they are awesome.

would you consider pockets? after they're stuffed, they're just like an AIO, but actually even easier cos have no flaps etc to fiddle with. stuffing them takes a few seconds.
and they dry quicker (one day without the stuffing).
and you can add lots of stuffing to make them much more absorbable, even for night for some people.

AND, which is very useful given that your bubs is little; you can get one-size-fits-all (OSFA) pockets (bumgenius makes one, as does haute pockets) to save money on buying different sets later. a big saving....

btw, bumgenius make an AIO which is sized, but make pocket nappies which are OSFA.

The BabyBeehinds AIO are awesome, especially the new design, but they are sized...

I agree with jbie, try a pocket nappy .. they are so great, more absorbant, easy to wash and stuff, dry faster and most are OSFM
I love Greenkids :)

I'll start by saying that I adore my Baby Beehinds AIO's - I have 3 of the minkee ones. We wash them every 2nd day, so he has a day off, where they are drying all day, even if I wash them the night he finishes wearing them and then pop them out on our airing racks... they take forever to dry :(
Thats why I'm moving towards itti bittis dlish's. Their absorbant layers can snap out, (can also get sewn in though) and I think they'll dry a lot faster!
The price... well, it does even out. More than, it still ends up cheaper in cloth than in disposibles. Even if you get AIO's, which are more exxy.

thanks for the help, i will look into pocket nappies. It is so hard to know which to get.
The bubblebubs were a bit small and leaked pretty quickly through the legs
