View Full Version : Nappy with snaps
Can you use these with just one snap snapped IYKWIM?
I've not hit the point where I need to do this, but since i'm trialing both med & large itti's trying to figure out how long the med will fit (lge leg gapes a bit)
So do they stay in place if only one snap used on each side?
thanks!
you will get some pretty bad wing droop..

Do you mean that when your bub gets bigger you have the last snap done up on each side?
I tried a small itti on my bub when we were first looking at them and it was done up on the last snap on each side, so just one on each side. Still seemed a good comfy fit and looked like it would stay in place ok - she didn't wear it for long enough to do a wee but the fit did seem ok.
I find the snap-in ones are a better fit than the sewn in on my bub - not sure why because they look the same size. I think the sewn-in ones are wicking a bit because whenever she wears these one's her bodysuit & pants are usually a bit damp but I've never had any leaks with snap-ins.
with one snap only, the wings would rotate (cos nothing's holding them in one place), and you'd get wing droop and a saggy front... a boy could pee out of the top!

well i don't want him peeing out the top - what a disaster! what you say makes sense, will have to test again, hanging on the line at the moment
