Favourite food : Chinese and Thai and LOVE a good Hogs Breath Steak and Chips.
Favourite drink/s : Coca Cola. Johnny walker or Midori
Favourite Sitcom : King of Queens on Fox 8 .. LOVE it. 9.30am everyday.
Favourite Reality show : The Amazing Race. One day I want to take Brooke and do it as a Mother & Daughter duo.
Your daily escape : here and my treadmill when I can and love to lay on the lounge watching tv reading a mag while Brooke naps.
What time does hubbie get home : Shift worker .. so each week is different.
Who baths bub : I do mostly, though DH loves toooo when he can and is home.
Favourite chips : Salt 'n' vinegar.
Favourite take out : Hungry Jacks.
Favourite restaurant : A Chinese place near Ipswich. V.GOOD!
SAHM for how long now : 1 year soon.

I always have a morning bottle prepared in the fridge , so I just get up and heat! also that way by the time Brooke has finished I'm totally awake :D

Any tips for other SAHM's here ? for those with school aged kids, make lunches at night time before bed, saves 10 minutes in the morning.

Any tips for SAHM's here: No matter how many children you have remember take care of no. 1 (yourself) treat yourself to a night out every now and again with or without your partner/friends and NEVER EVER feel guilty about doing so.
Also don't be afraid to ask for help or accept help when/if its offered to you. :)

this is a long one, but it saved my sanity. Its for colic.
burp bubbie every 50 mls or 3/4 mins if b/f.
I was told to think of their stomach as six parts. The first feed in the morning if one part wind, 5 parts milk. then the next feed is 2 parts wind and 4 parts milk. and so on, until at nighttime (where colic is at its worst :mad: ), its 5 parts wind and 1 part milk.
DD was up screaming until midnight everynight until I started this. Now she's happy at night, and in bed just before 9 (we're working our way to 7 :fingerscrossed: )

Who baths bub : I do in the shower with me but on weekend when hubby is home, he loves to (and always does) take her in with him.

Any tips for other SAHM's here ? I cut my vege's up once a week and put them in a big container in the freezer to use in dinners during the week. This way i know what's in them (no preservatives, additives, etc..) and if we are a bit hectic or tired at dinner time, there's no chopping up heaps of veges
