I'm just wondering what I can use instead of a wool cover at night. It just seems so bulky. What about the knitted soakers? I don't know much about them though  Any advice would be great.

Some wool covers can be bulkier than others. I find that fabric wool covers and knitted soakers can tend to be a bit bulky, but personally I don't really mind as they do such a great job for us, especially overnight :)

Some other options for you if you like trimness, could be a PUL pocket nappy for overnight, but the trimness of it would also then depend on how much stuffing you need for your little one. My son isn't too much of a heavy wetter so we don't need a lot of boosting for him.

Otherwise a fleece pocket or a fleece cover but I can't really comment on how they go for nights or how trim they are as I don't use them. Hope that helps! :)

Polar fleece is a great option as it means there is airflow & lets bubs bum breathe similar to a wool cover but they will be like the wool cover as in bulky.
We love it when bubs is ready for bed lol cause he looks adorable with his big bum lol we chase him around calling him big bum boy lol yes crazy i know :o
So as Vanessa said a PUL cover or pocket nappy would be the go for overnite as it means again it will still breath somewhat but will be a lot more trim if used with just a hemp insert or the likes.
