Hi there,
I am doing lots of investigations at the moment. And I'm looking in to the Mercy Birth Centre. I love the whole philosophy of birth centres and I know that it would suit me, but I have lots of questions! I rang them, but they didn't have any info to send me.
I wondered with the antenatal appointments, how long were they, did you see the same midwife each time, or different ones, and then is it a different midwife for the birth, or are you likely to have met them at one of the appointments? How many antenatal appointments do you have? What do you do if you have questions or problems in between appointments?
When did you find out you had got in to the birth centre? Was it hard to get a place? And what are the transfer out rates? I REALLY don't want to get transferred out!!
And any other bits of feedback would be appreciated!
