my dd is nearly four months old. she will only sleep for about 45 mins in between feeds and is always grizzly because she is so tired. sometimes as soon as i pick her up and rock her to sleep she starts to nod off again but she wont resettle herself after she has woken up early. how do you stop them from waking up early.
