Please help me..........it's my birthday today :yelclap: but I have to cook myself dinner tonight as we are going out for my birthday Friday night.

What can I cook myself for dinner that's really yummy and worthy of a birthday? My brain is a little fried at the moment with a 3yo and 8wkold, so I can't think of anything yummy that I'd like to make and am looking for inspiration.

It really depends on what you like. I can offer suggestions if you let me know your tastes! (like Mexican, Italian, Asian, etc?)
