Im after something that is easy to prepare, and taste yummy!

Im not a fan of seafood so no seafood recipes! And no pork either.

Im have run out of ideas and im sick of using packet mixes and want to try something new.

Or if you know of any easy websites too that would be great!

Im desperate!

Try the 4 ingredients cookbooks. I just bought them for mum and MIL.They seem great for busy families or those that don't really like to cook.

I love making chicken satay noodles - super easy and fairly quick too.

Pack of pad thai rice noodles
300g chicken mince (or chicken strips I sometimes use)
some spray oil
1/4 C crunchy peanut butter
2 tsp hoi sin sauce
1 tsp of crushed garlic (or 1 clove would work too)
1 tbsp chopped coriander (I use the tube stuff and it works well)
1 of the short cans of coconut cream

Cook the pad thai noodles and drain.
Fry the chicken mince till brown, then add the all of the other ingredients except the coconut cream. Stir it all around till the peanut butter is all melted, then add the coconut cream. Stir till combined and add to the noodles, toss and serve :chef:

Yummy :D I'm about to make this actually (late, I know)

Gnocchi with sage butter is probably one of my "easy peasy" recipes. http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/16782/gnocchi+with+sage+butter

Same with beef and cheese burritos. http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/1232/beef+and+cheese+burritos

Another easy one is a tortilla stack. http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/16862/tortilla+stack

Ratatouille is good too, and healthy. This one also has risoni (it's pasta, so find it in the pasta aisle, but it's kinda rice-shaped) and chicken drumsticks. http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/16791/chicken+drumsticks+with+ratatouille+risoni

You'll notice they're all from Super Food Ideas magazine (I buy it and Marie Claire each month:p), and I've tried and tested them all... most more than once. So I know they're good and are easy.
