I have decided to make dd's birthday cake this year and bought a Dora Cake Topper of ebay.
Its says in the instructions to make the cake
add icing and than stick it on the icing while icing still wet.
Anyone used these before?
It just looks like a printed Dora picture the size of a A4 piece of paper.
Any advice would be great as i don't wanna wreck it when I make the cake and than be stuck without a cake in time for her party:p

It really is as simple as the packet says. Pop it on the cake while the icing is wet.

Done.

yep, its as easy as that. i got one from wendy's (ice cream shop), it was a Cars one. they said just peel it off the plastic very carefully. and just place it on top.

Yep just what the other ladies have said. I used these alot when I was working in the bakery at woolies. You can also pipe icing over the edges of the top of the cake to cover up the edges of the cake topper.

sounds great and easy:)
I was worried if the icing might be to runny it may slip and get ruined:p
