In case you have missed it, I thought you might all be interested to hear that the Environment Agency in the UK has updated it's Life Cycle Assessment comparing cloth and disposable nappies, and the new report concludes that when following best practice as recommended by OzClothNappies, the ANN and other reusable nappy resources and communities, have been advocating for many years:
* Use energy efficient machines
* Wash at low temperatures
* Wash on full loads
* Line dry
* Reuse nappies on more than one child
the environmental impact of reusable nappies can be up to 40% less than that of disposable nappies.
