I just bought some today. I have just checked the label and it says it is not recommended for lactating women.

I'm also going to point out that its not recommended for people on certain types of birthcontrol!

but its a great antidepressant!
I have one of the organic teas from coles (the 'be happy' tea, and i think it works wonders).

Maybe depends on how much you'd be taking, so i would also suggest talking to a doctor! ie, find out if having some in tea is also not recommended! Goodluck :)
