Hi all:wave:
I have a big bag of Muesli sitting on our bench and as none of us eat it for breakfast I thought I would try to make some bikkies out of it.

My thoughts are maybe I could follow an anzac style recipe omitting oats for muesli:confused:

Anyone have a yummy recipe, I'm happy for healthy or full of butter/sugar:p

Thanks

How about this one, I just slice it up into bar shapes and it's good to go :chef:

Muesli Slice

250 grams butter
80 grams Honey
(Melt the butter and honey in a pan, remove from heat and add:

1 cup of raw sugar
4 eggs / 3 large
3 cups of natural muesli
1 cup of coconut
1 cup of whole flour
1 1/2 cups of chopped raisins
1/2 cup of sesame seeds

Mix alltogether, then bake in a moderate oven

Makes about 16 bars

Thanks Uniquey I was going to post earlier but our internet was playing funny buggers.
Recipe worked a treat, had all the ingredients except raisins so I put fruit medley in instead. Easy and yum!
I doubled the quantity as I am a bulk cooker so will freeze some.
Thanks again for your time.:D
