I've just been to the baby expo and have bought some dlish - heard so much about them so thought would take the plunge....

I've bought home a med and and a large - my ds is 9kg, slim build.

i'm not sure which size is going to be best, 2 ladies at the stall said get large, 1 said med.

the med fits, looks quite small compared to what i'm used to with other mcn, the large seem to fit better (well will fit for longer) but there is a slight gap around the legs which worries me for leaking....

can anyone offer what works for them with to help me decide? i'm getting a 6 pack so i have to decide so they can send the balance.....

thanks for any help you can give!

DS went through a stage where the L were gaping at the leg, an if hedid poo, it would leak out. But the M were a perfect fit, but weren't gong to fit for long. Luckily I had plenty of M, so just stuck with them for a while. It didn't take long for the L to fit him. Can you play with the L, see it you can sit them up higher on his hips and see if that helps the leg gape? They are a smaller fitting nappy, so it might be that the M is the best ft for now, and you are just not used to seeing such a tiny nappy.

best thing would be to actually have DS give them a full trial run; sometimes the gaping at the legs will mean leaking issues...
could you do the L up any tighter? i'd be inclined to make the L work because he'll outgrow the M soon..

depends if your bub is grwoing fast i guess. My DD is now 15mths and i bought the large thinking she would grow quickly into them but she still fits the medium and all the large's are still on the tightest snaps and we have gaping legs a little bit. In hindsight i would have bought the mediums and she would still be wearing them. She is just under 10kg though still.
