Cramp in lower abdomen

Wondering if anyone (NOT PREGNANT)has has a cramp in their lower abdomen. I got out of bed last night and got an almighty pain in my abdomen. It was just like the ones you get in calf muscles etc but much more severe. I am not pregnant and my youngest child is 21 months. I thought it was odd and was wondering if anyone else had experienced the same :eek: .

i used to get them bad before i feel preg an not on the pill , Mabie your should get cheaked out just incase ,I hope u feel better soon thou :)

Ive been getting similar pains to that lately and my doctor thinks its a grumbly appendix.
You should get it checked out! :)
