Matching Dress & Nappy Sets?

When I was first looking at MCN's I remember seeing a cute little dress and matching nappy set. Im pretty sure it came with 2 or 3 nappies to match the dress.

Of course now I can't find such a thing anywhere! I have found t-shirt & nappy sets but was hoping for a cute summer dress set.

Has anyone seen anything like this, can you give me some names to google?
