Waiting for AF

Okay I stopped taking the pill on Tuesday was my last day.
I was just wondering how long does it take to get AF back?
The last period I had was back in August, then september I skipped my period, then about a fortnight ago I had 2 days of (tmi) bloody/creamy spotting.
Usually I get AF 2nd week of each month, that was while I was on the pill.
I have only been on the pill for roughly 5mths.
I just thought that I would give my body a break as I have been getting sore ovaries, headaches, I thought that I was preggers a few days ago but done 2 tests and both came up :bfn:.

Could anyone help me out at all?

Zada, but did you take the last of the pill while you had AF?

Well still no sign of AF. I have had a lot of white/mucousy/stringy discharge though (sorry tmi).
I also have had a bit of cramping and soreness around my ovary area.

I took the 21 hormone pills then was meant to go onto the sugar pills so I got af on day 4 of the supposed sugar pills iykwim? then it came exactly 1 month after that

Well ladies, finally after 3 days of waiting (not that long), AF finally arrived last night.
