Pregnancy after mastitis

Hi,

When I was bf DS2 I ended up with mastitis. Now I'm in the early stages of pg with #3 and I am getting terrible pain in the same area as I had the mastitis.

Does anyone know if this is this normal?

I have had mastitis more times than i can count, while pregnant, while breastfeeding and a cease of breastfeeding also.
Is the area red or does it have any lumps or anything? Do you feel unwell at all, like cold/flu aches etc?
If you have any of the above i would go straight to my GP, as it could be mastitis again. It is best to get it as early as possible and treat with antibiotics so as to save yrself from awful pain and possible abcess if let go to far.
