Antibiotics When TTC

Hi,

I have an infection :gloomy: and have been prescribed antibiotics. I told the dr that I am TTC and she said that the one's she would prescribe me - Augmentin Duo Forte - would not interfere with that.

What I was wondering was can they affect the results of an ovulation test or could they possibly interfere with me ovulating entirely? I will be due to ovulate within the next couple of days. Thanks!

not that i am aware of, i had to take antibiotics at one stage for a chest infection and there are a number of antibiotics safe for ttc and pregnancy so i wouldn't say that it would interfere with ovulation :D
