Hi everyone
I have been using LouLou light nappies for my 2 yo but he has just grown out of them (they are a sized nappy and I had medium) and I am reluctant to buy more as I am a bit over sized nappies for this reason!! So I am looking at getting some more night nappies and was thinking of trying the Baby Beehinds Bamboo - how many people on here use it successfully as a night nappy for their 2yo? He is only a medium wetter although some nights he does wet heavily, ie his disposable is quite full but never overflows. I have also looked at the Bubblebubs GNST but they are also sized which puts me off (and much dearer). Any feedback appreciated as I am looking at getting a 6 or 12 pack straight up (sick of relying on disposables o'nite).

I stopped using my Baby Beehinds as a night nappy when DS was about 5 or 6 months old, I use Greenkids at night which are one size too, and they're REALLY good.
I use BBB as a night nappy on my 16m old sometimes and it works fine but he is not a very heavy wetter.
They are quite versatile though so even if you just got one it would probably be worth it.

 i use BBB as a night nappy with another bamboo booster (2-3 layers) and it works perfectly for 12 hours on my 17 month DD:D i use a knitted soaker over the top!

if you dont have a heavy wetter than they would be fine...
GNST are really good though. pity you arent after sized ones...i am trying to get more, i love them.
we used to use them at night but he started to out-wee them at about 12 months. he is a big wee-er tho...

Well if the general consensus is that GNST are way better then maybe I should consider it...
I was curious as to how many people love the BBB as a night nappy versus how many don't think it is absorbant enough.

well IMO the BBB isnt really a night nappy and the GNST has alot more bamboo layers than the BBB's.
i guess i wouldnt know how the BBB's perform for a medium wetter. i do sometimes put the BBB's on my DD with a BB bamboo trifold in between the nappy and the cover and i can get it through a full night if she hasnt had a lot to drink. but she isnt as a heavy wetter as she once was. so i think they are fine as a night nappy, but as they dont have as many bamboo layers as the GNST.
the wild child dreamy night nappies are pretty good also. and krap katchers are good but they are pockets (Hollie recently moved back to sydney so fingercrossed she will have another sale soon)

For us the BBB's are perfect for nightime!!
I no longer use them due to nappy rash issues....but they were still working perfectly well when I stopped.
I used them with a wool cover and a hemp trifold between nappy and cover(they were peapods that I just happened to have, but you can get bamboo boosters from baby beehinds which would be even better).
They have never ever leaked through and the extra booster is only ever damp.....I use it more for peace of mind I think!
If you don't mind second hand nappies, check out buy for baby.....there are always bbb's up for sale there adn you can get a great bargain.....I got 5 recenlt for around $10 each(some less, some more) adn htey are in awesome condition.

I only use BBB's for day use - they just are not absorbant enough.
For night we use either:
GNST
Sandmans
Wild Child (night)
