Storing home made fruit gels

Hey there,

Does anyone else out there make their own fruit gels? I want to make some but I am not sure how to store them.

Any suggestions welcome.

I have made them a few times, but only in small quantities so they're used up in a couple of days :chef:
And just kept them in a glass bowl covered in glad wrap @ the back of the fridge...

i make up enough for a couple days, i put them in those little take and toss containers and just put them in the fridge too
