Does anyone else out there have the Mirena IUD? I had it impanted 18 months ago to help control PCOS & severe anaemia. :banghead:
Now have first apptmt since impant with OBGYN on Wednesday to have it removed, and to begin ttc.
Whilst it helped massively with all symptoms (apart from excess weight :hissy:), am now concerned that once it's out I'm back to square one immediately with all PCOS symptoms.
Have also read that you have to be ttc for 12 months before they will medically assist with conceiving, is this true?
If anyone has any experience with this, I'd be eternally grateful to hear them! :hugs:
