I have now done 3 different brand HPT's & have got 3 very faint :bfp:

my question is, has anyone used the CLearblue Digital brand & got a NOT PREGNANT, but been pregnant ?

its just that i did one this afternoon (am way to impatient for tomorow morning) and i got a NOT PREGNANT but when i took the stick out, there is a faint second blue line !?!?!?!?

so could i be pregnant or do you think im getting my hopes up ?!?!?

also, ill be testing again tomorow morning, i just wanted to know if anyone else had experienced this.

im also late for AF by one day now ! and im VERY regular, like clock work....:D

The stick from the digital test does not really make a difference.

I have never had a wrong response from a ClearBlue digital test, but it may be too early.

Try again 1st thing tomorrow morning. :)

The digital ones .... dont take any notice of the stick ... only the words.

HOWEVER

If you got faint BFP's with FMU, then you are most likely UTD.

First Morning Urine is best when you are testing very early ....

I'd say you are pregnant if you are getting faint lines BUT on the digital preg tests there is always another line when you pull it apart so i wouldn't be counting that one, digi tests dont pick up the lower hcg levels like the other ones and it wasn't with fmu maybe that's why it was negative test agin in the morning or go to the dr and get a blood test. Good luck

Hi TTCBB - my understanding is that you need a much higher level of prenancy hormone in your urine for the digital tests to work, so if they are very faint on the normal tests it would make sense that it is not yet working on the digital. Does it instantly say not pregnant or does it seem to take a long time?

How faint are the lines on the other tests. Can you see them without squinting or moving the test closer to your eyes or putting it up into the light? If you can, then it would definitely be a positive i would think! :D

Good luck, make sure you do another one in the morning and let us know.....

It took a little bit for it to say not pregnant, so thats why i was unsure when i pulled it out & seen the second line...

also on the others, i can hold it at arms length & still see the lines & i tested to two different brands on those aswell & both have faint lines !?!?!?

:hair: i just want a definate, i am only one day late i supose, my HCG might need a few days to get up ! :D :fingerscrossed:

The digital test needs a hcg level of 50 to show up as Pregnant...the inside will always have two lines and shouldn't be taken as a positive.

If you have had BFP's on other brands I would say that you are Pg it's just your levels haven't reached 50 or higher yet.

Test again in the morning. :)

With bub #5 who is now 6 months i really wanted to try a digital test, i got a bfn, and was so disapointed, 3 days later i tested with the 2nd test and it said 'pregnant'. I had also had faint double lines with the poas ones.
So :fingerscrossed: to you, sounds like its looking good.
Test again in a few days and it might say thoose magic words.
